LAST GOODBYE

Two mothers left home for their daily chores,

one left the sea shore,

other safely managed to

leave her muddy hole.

Mothers happily bade goodbye,

unaware,

what if they were

never to return home.

Responsible mothers,

tireless and strong

enslaved by the fear of losing,

she disappeared in the ether.

Startled, caught in the moment

with a stoop she grabbed her food

surprise her little.

Happiness and celebration

at the shore, while

mourning the death of missing mother

from the hole.
